Ever wish that a delicious and healthy dinner – up to 6 servings – would just show up at your door? Offering delicious food at reasonable prices, The Joyful Vegan prepares meals on Wednesday mornings in a commercial kitchen in downtown Eugene, refrigerates them in the afternoon and delivers them to customers’ doorsteps in the evening (might arrive after your dinner time, so plan to enjoy on Thursday). Each of these 100% plant-based dishes have been greatly enjoyed by omnivores.
How It Works
The Joyful Vegan offers one dish per week. Customers may order for just one week or pre-pay for several, with discounts offered for orders over $100 and $150. ORDER and PAY by 12p noon on MONDAY prior to delivery: email TheJoyfulVegan.HL@gmail.com. Pay by Venmo (@TheJoyfulVegan98) only at this time. (For your first order, we recommend sending a small test payment by Saturday. We’ll email you a confirmation of receipt).
We are slowly scaling up our business, with a maximum number of orders per week.
